Stumbling upon the unexpected: A unique presentation of phosphaturic mesenchymal tumor in the hindfoot

We describe an unexpected and unique case of phosphaturic mesenchymal tumor in a 38-year-old female presenting with a painful lump in the plantar hindfoot.
