Enhancing solar energy light capture with multi-directional waveguide lattices

Abstract

Multiple, intersecting lattices of multimode and polychromatic waveguides were fabricated in photopolymerizable media. The cumulative collection angle ranges of the lattices permits wide-angle light capture, which may enhance power output in solar cells. Renewable Energy and the Environment Congress. © 2013.
