FDTD-Based Adjoint Sensitivity Analysis of High-Frequency Nonlinear Structures

Abstract

A novel time-domain adjoint sensitivity analysis (ASA) approach is proposed. Our finite-difference time-domain (FDTD)-based approach accelerates wideband sensitivity calculations for high-frequency structures with nonlinear media.
