The use of coronal computed tomography in the evaluation of Kienbock's disease

Abstract

In a prospective study of 12 consecutive patients with Kienbock's disease, direct coronal CT of the wrist was more sensitive than plain films and plain film tomography in demonstrating structural change including sclerosis, compression and fractures of the lunate.
