The effect of heparin on the affinity chromatography of plasminogen Demonstration of heparin-plasminogen interaction
Abstract
Evidence is presented that heparin binds rabbit plasminogen types I and II under affinity chromatographic conditions using the single stage technique earlier described (Hatton, M.W.C. and Regoeczi, E. (1974) Biochim. Biophys. Acta 359, 55-65).
