Evaluation of platelet morphology and the subcellular distribution of PAIgG in patients with ITP and non-immune thrombocytopenia
Abstract
Studies have shown platelet-associated IgG (PAIgG) is abnormally elevated in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and also in thrombocytopenic disorders that are not thought to be immune-mediated.
