Serial estimations of activities of creatine kinase and its MB isoenzyme, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, and lactate dehydrogenase and of concentrations of alpha(1)-acid glycoprotein were performed in 15 healthy well-trained male marathon runners.
