Electromagnetically induced wire-like DFB laser
Abstract
Gain without inversion and resonant enhancement of refractive index in the conduction intersubband transitions of quantum wells are used to propose an electromagnetically induced wire-like DFB laser where optical feedback is coherently generated by an infrared laser. © Optical Society of America.
