1.5-μm-band quasiphase-matched wavelength conversions using MGO doped LiNbO3 with strong optical damage resistance
Abstract
Wavelength conversions in quasiphase-match periodically poled Mgo-LiNbO3 (PPMGLN) waveguides were studied. A Ta thin film was deposited on the +Z surface of substrates by sputtering and the periodic Ta electrode pattern was formed by photolithography techniques.
