Framework of decision support system for quality-oriented management

Quality management is more and more important now. In order to offer decision-makers a rational support, this paper gives a framework of QDSS (Quality-Oriented Decision Support System). Here we adopt DW (Data Warehouse) to store the historical data used for decision and analysis to overcome the disadvantages of traditional DB. We make use of analysis method of statistics, method to fix the sample size, sensitivity analysis, multivariate linear regression model, and fuzzy judgment matrix model to build the model base of the QDSS. At last this paper presents a main process of the system.
