USE OF COMPUTER EXECUTIVE PROGRAMS IN DESIGN COURSES: A 1984 SURVEY.
Abstract
This report surveys the impact of the computer on the design course and the development of computer usage in Chemical Engineering programs. The report summarizes 59 responses received in the fall of 1984. The ideas discussed include how different universities cope with the black box dilemma, the use of executives in other courses, industrial participation, and how students teach themselves.
