A New ZVZCS Three-Level Inverter
Abstract
This paper presents a new ZVZCS three-level inverter with T-type structure. The proposed inverter can achieve ZCS on arm switches and ZVS on neutral point switches by series connecting the arm switches with resonant inductors and parallel connecting the neutral point switches with resonant capacitors.
