Optical Optimization of Passivated GaAs Nanowire Solar Cells

We utilize rigorous coupled wave analysis (RCWA) to optimize the optical design of of GaAs nanowire solar cells. RCWA is highly accurate while being less computationally expensive than competing techniques.
