Abstract
Management of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak during minimally invasive lumbar tubular microdiscectomy poses challenges unique to the surgical approach. Primary repair can be limited via tubular retractor systems, and onlay graft and dural sealant are often the treatment of choice intraoperatively.
