A KMnF3 perovskite structure with improved stability, low bandgap and high transport properties
Abstract
Here, a new promising perovskite structure of KMnF3 has been fabricated and characterized, which yields bandgap of 1.6 eV with fascinating moisture-resistance and phase stability. Investigation of structural, optical, stability and transport properties have done by XRD, SEM, UV–vis–NIR spectroscopy, photoluminescence and electrical conductivity test.
