Apparatus for Atmospheric Surface Layer Measurements over Waves

Abstract

This paper describes an apparatus developed for simultaneously measuring water elevation and static and dynamic pressure, momentum, and heat fluxes above waves close to the interface. The apparatus was used successfully at the Lake Ontario wave research tower of the Canada Centre for Inland Waters.
