A Digital PWM Control for Switched Reluctance Motor Drives
Abstract
Switched reluctance motor (SRM) drives are highly non-linear. Therefore, their control over a wide speed range has unique difficulties. Conventional linear controllers are not ideal for SRMs. In this paper, a novel digital PWM control for SRM drives is presented.
