Lethal Cardiac Tachyarrhythmia in a Patient with Neonatal Carnitine–Acylcarnitine Translocase Deficiency

Carnitine-acylcarnitine translocase (CACT) deficiency is an inherited defect of the co-transport of free and esterified carnitine across the inner mitochondrial membrane.
