Polydopamine–polyethylene glycol–albumin antifouling coatings on multiple substrates

Aqueous-based coatings using combinations of polydopamine (PDA) (as bioadhesive) and grafted polyethylene glycol (PEG) (as antifouling agent) have been reported to reduce biofouling on multiple material surfaces.
