HIGH FRAME RATE VIDEO CAPTURE BY MULTIPLE CAMERAS WITH CODED EXPOSURE

Abstract

We propose novel techniques for multiple conventional video cameras to capture high frame rate (HFR) video without sacrificing spatial resolution. The coded exposure technology is used to make random measurements of the HFR video in temporal domain. The recovery of the HFR video from the random measurements is based on sparsities of the $3{\rm D}$ video signal.
