Improved multi‐target multi‐Bernoulli filter with modelling of spurious targets

The cardinality‐balanced multi‐target multi‐Bernoulli (CBMeMBer) filter removes the positive bias from the data‐updated cardinality estimate in the multi‐target multi‐Bernoulli (MeMBer) filter.
