Magnetic circular dichroism in angular distributions of core-level photoelectrons

Abstract

Magnetic circular dichroism in angle-resolved, core-level photoemission from surfaces is reinterpreted by comparing it to circular dichroism in angular distributions of photoelectrons in nonmagnetic systems.
