Overproduction, solubilization, purification and DNA‐binding properties of AmpR from Citrobacter freundii

Abstract

AmpR belongs to the LysR family of prokaryotic DNA-binding transcriptional regulators and controls induction of the enterobacterial ampC beta-lactamase gene.
