All-optical switching using nonlinear subwavelength Mach-Zehnder on silicon.

We report on the experimental demonstration of ultrafast all-optical switching and wavelength down-conversion based on a novel nonlinear Mach-Zehnder interferometer with subwavelength grating and wire waveguides.
