Modeling of mushroom waveguide photodetector
Abstract
Waveguide photodetectors (WGPDs) are promising candidates for applications in high-speed optical communications and interconnections. In these high-speed photodetectors, both high bandwidth and high external quantum efficiency can be achieved simultaneously.
