Accurate Modeling and Parameter Extraction for Meander-Line N-Well Resistors

Accurate modeling and efficient parameter extraction of a scalable lumped-element model for n-well meander-line resistors that are suitable for radio frequency integrated circuit (RF IC) applications is presented.
