Combining deterministic and statistical approaches to compute two-dimensional turbulent flows with walls
Abstract
We are searching for the best approximation to compute fully-developed two-dimensional turbulent flows. Fluid mechanics is governed by the Navier-Stokes equations, which are entirely deterministic.
