Complexation of well-controlled low-molecular weight polyelectrolytes with antisense oligonucleotides
Abstract
The influences of polymer-related properties such as molecular weight, charge density, counter ion, and hydrophilic block on the complexation of polyelectrolytes and a fluorescein-labeled oligonucleotide (ON) were investigated.
