Dr. Justin Weresch is a Family Physician and joined the Department of Family Medicine as a Locum in 2016 and as an Assistant Professor in 2017 and is currently an Associate Professor. He is a Family Physician at McMaster Family Practice and also the McMaster Family Practice Education Lead. His clinical interests include promoting Generalism within Family Medicine, Learner Wellness, and Musculoskeletal Medicine. He has a strong interest in Postgraduate Medical Education (Resident Education) and has been involved in the Residency Program as a primary clinical preceptor, Lecturer, Inquiry Tutor, as well as a Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences (MHBS) tutor and Curriculum Co-ordinator. His scholarly contributions stem from his interest in evidence-based and clinically relevant topics.
