Dr. Jovana Milenkovic is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, McMaster University and a complex care pediatrician in the Division of General Pediatrics Chronic Complex Care. She obtained her MD from the University of Toronto, before moving out West to complete her Pediatric residency training and fellowship in Pediatric Hospital Medicine at the University of Calgary. During her residency she developed a special interest in quality improvement, which led to her completing a Master of Science in Healthcare Quality from Queen’s University in 2024. She is passionate about quality improvement and patient safety and strives to create a safe space for innovation and collaboration to optimize patient safety and patient-centered care.
