I am a full-time Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences (DPBN) at McMaster University. As a psychiatrist, I work at the Eating Disorders Clinic and at the Youth Wellness Centre for St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.
My research program focuses on broadly understanding the impact of social determinants of health, with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ people's mental health, minority stress, and intersectionality. Another line of research includes understanding factors related to eating disorders.
