Overview

Jonathan Dushoff is a theoretical biologist with a particular interest in the evolution and spread of infectious diseases that affect humans. He has been active in the response to the 2014 West Africa Ebola outbreak and the current COVID-19 outbreak. His longer-term interests include canine rabies in Africa and Asia; HIV; and influenza.
