Steven Bray

Dr. Steven Bray is a Professor and Director of the Exercise and Health Psychology Laboratory in the Department of Kinesiology at McMaster University. Dr. Bray’s research focuses on psychological factors that influence adoption and maintenance of health behaviours with an emphasis on physical activity. His primary interests are in the area of self-regulation and the role of self-efficacy in people’s behavioural decision-making.
