Overview

I am a Developmental Pediatrician and Associate Professor at McMaster University. My clinical site of practice is at Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre where I focus on the diagnosis and management of neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) in children and youth, with a specific interest in the support and care for children with complex autism and related NDDs. 

I am currently the Program Director for the McMaster Pediatric Residency Program, and the Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) Director for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). I am also affilitated with the McMaster Autism Research Team (MacART) and I am a Scholar with McMaster Education Research, Innovation and Theory (MERIT) Program.

Provincially, I am Past Chair for the Physicians of Ontario Neurodevelopmental Advocacy (PONDA) Network.
