Overview
Dr. Michelle Welsford is a Professor and the Director of the Division of Emergency Medicine, Department of Medicine at McMaster University. She is also a staff Emergency Physician at Hamilton Health Sciences.
For over 20 years, Dr. Welsford has been involved in resuscitation science through research and guideline development. Through her volunteer work with the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation and other national and international organizations, she has published numerous systematic reviews and international clinical practice guidelines.
