Dr. Jennifer Twiss is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and a staff neonatologist at McMaster Children's Hospital (MCH).
She serves as the Hospital’s Senior Medical Officer, Quality and Patient Safety & Experience and is also one of the faculty leads for quality improvement in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Additionally, she is currently the Education Resource Physician for the pediatric residency program in the NICU. She also oversees the Department of Pediatrics’ Patient Safety Rounds as well as the Neonatology Patient Safety Rounds.
