Dr. Amneet Sidhu is a staff neonatologist at McMaster Children’s Hospital and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics. She joined the division in 2017 after completing her paediatrics residency and neonatal-perinatal medicine fellowship at the University of Western Ontario.
Dr. Sidhu’s clinical and research interests relate to transitional hemodynamics and its impact on neonatal morbidity, chronic pulmonary hypertension in patients with BPD, and quality improvement in neonatal hemodynamics. She pursued additional sub-specialized training in Neonatal Hemodynamics and Targeted Neonatal Echocardiography with the support of the Detweiler traveling Fellowship Grant from the Royal College.
