Dr. Grad is a physiatrist and clinician educator specializing in Prosthetics and Orthotics and the care of individuals with Multiple Sclerosis. She works to improve the function and quality of life for individuals with physical impairments and disabilities, especially those individuals with limb loss or individuals with orthotic needs. She has been the Medical Director of Prosthetics and Orthotics at Hamilton Health Sciences since 1999. She is a member of McMaster’s Education Advisory Board. She is also a Royal College Examiner. Dr. Grad has a special interest in clinical education. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. She received her Medical Degree from McMaster University and her Fellowship in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from the University of Toronto.
