<p><b>Keiwan Wind</b> (<span style="color:#74003C">PhD, University of Toronto</span>) is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. He is a pragmatic educator and researcher with a keen interest in the convergence of three distinct yet interconnected disciplines:</p>

<li>Sustainability in Management</li>
<li>Health and Wellbeing</li>
</ol>
<p>He develops innovative approaches to apply advanced data science techniques in critical realist studies for evaluating the social impacts of change programs. At present, he is developing a couple of research projects:</p>
<ol type="1">
<li> Investigating the role of higher education in fostering a sense of coherence among university students and preparing them to understand and manage challenges caused by rapid social and technological changes.</li>
<li>Exploring the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the future jobs and jobs of the future. </li>
</ol>
<p>Before joining the DeGroote School of Business, Dr. Wind held a postdoctoral associate position at the University of Rochester, where he enhanced his expertise in implementation science and grant development.</p>
<p>In addition to his PhD, Dr. Wind holds a <span style="color:#74003C">Collaborative Doctoral Degree in Global Health (University of Toronto Global Scholar)</span> from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto, an <span style="color:#74003C">MSc in eHealth</span> from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, an <span style="color:#74003C">MBA</span> from Sharif University of Technology, and a <span style="color:#74003C">BEng in Software Engineering</span> from Iran University of Science and Technology. </p>
