Sandra Ramelli

Sandra Ramelli is an accomplished strategist, learning facilitator, coach and organizational development practitioner with over 20 years of experience in multiple sectors including healthcare, steel and education. She has held several senior roles in health care and has served as a trusted advisor and coach to many administrative and physician leaders. Sandra has extensive experience in strategic planning, leadership development, team performance, organizational design, culture transformation, staff and physician engagement, and in leading complex transformational change.


Sandra is a certified LEADS® Coach and Facilitator and is certified in Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard methodology, LEAN Green Belt and in the Integrated Approach to Leading Change. She holds a Master of Business Administration from York University Schulich School of Business, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
