Isolation and identification of neuroblast precursor cells from mouse neopallium

In this paper we describe the isolation of mouse neopallial neuroblast precursors using colony cultures and density gradients. The differentiation of neuroblast precursors was studied in tissue culture and after transplantation to the cerebellums of neonatal mice.
