Thermoelectric properties of BiSb alloys
Abstract
Bismuth is a semimetal that has a relatively low lattice thermal conductivity. A positive energy gap can be created by alloying with antimony, leading to useful alloys for thermoelectric energy conversion. This paper gives an insight into the basic properties of BiSb alloys for thermoelectric applications.
