Abstract

IMPORTANCE: A substantial proportion of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) die of noncardiovascular causes, and recent studies suggest a link between AF and cancer. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the associations between AF and cancer in a large, long-term prospective cohort study.
