Perspectives for Cu/SS macrocomposite and Cu/X nanofilamentary conductors used in non-destructive high-field pulsed magnets under cryogenic conditions
Abstract
The latest activities concerning the research, development and applications of macrocomposite and nanocomposite reinforced conductors, able to resist both the heating and electrodynamic forces generated by the high transitory current in pulsed high-field magnets are discussed.
