An Analytical Model of the Instantaneous Transvalvular Pressure Gradient Through an Aortic Stenosis

Abstract

Diagnosis and treatment of aortic stenosis largely depends on accurate determination of the pressure difference before and after the valve, known as transvalvular pressure gradient (TPG).
