Abstract
CD200 expression in murine trophoblast and decidua prevents semi-allogeneic and LPS-induced abortions by binding to CD200 receptor-bearing cells to suppress NK activity, induces IDO in macrophages, and promotes the generation of regulatory T cell subsets.
