Arthroplasty versus internal fixation of femoral neck fractures: a clinical decision analysis.
Abstract
BACKGROUND: The optimal surgical management of displaced femoral neck fractures in the elderly remains controversial. Treatment alternatives include arthroplasty and internal fixation.
