Adaptations to endurance and low velocity resistance training performed in a sequence.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of two different sequences of the same two training programs on strength and endurance adaptations. One group completed 5 weeks of low velocity resistance (LVR) training prior to 5 weeks of endurance training (Group SE) while the other group (ES) completed the opposite sequence.
