Abstract

We previously performed a small interfering RNA (siRNA) screen and identified serum- and glucocorticoid-regulated kinase 1 (SGK1) as a host factor required for influenza A virus replication. However, the role of SGK1 in the influenza viral life cycle has never been examined.
