Multidisciplinary Expert Guidance for the Management of Severe Bleeding on Oral Anticoagulation: An Algorithm for Practicing Clinicians
Abstract
Bleeding complications associated with oral anticoagulant (OAC) frequently lead to emergency department visits and hospitalization.
